Role Mission: This role has 2 missions: 1. As a Sales Executive for www.BikeDubai.ae you ensure potential and returning customer conversion and satisfaction by providing effective communication, guidance and advice while ensuring vendors’ timely order fulfillment. 2. As a Marketing Executive for www.BikeDubai.ae you must create compelling campaigns that drive up chosen metrics to increase sales.
1. Effectively address customer inquiries through LiveChat and Email regarding our products and services and guide their decisions according to needs and budgets.
♤ Consistently receive customer satisfaction survey scores of: 4.5/5 (Survery mail after interaction currently in the works)
♤ Convert 50% of email inquiries to leads
♤ Maintain complaints to less than 1 in 100 interactions
♤ Add 3 leads to deal flow per day
2. Convert online and offline leads by email follow up to acquire commitment
♤ convert 10% of new and existing assigned leads to paying customers
♤ follow up on 3 leads per day through direct or indirect contact
♤ develop customer profiles and keep contacts up to date
3. Coordinate with vendors to fulfill orders on time
♤ Maintain excellent relationships with our vendors
♤ Ensuring suppliers are informed and on track to fulfil once order is confirmed and payment is received
♤ Prepare shipping docs and send to suppliers to include with order
♤ Update orders with shipping status and provide customers with tracking details and support if needed
4. Log customer questions for FAQ and additional information for our website.
♤ Communicate serious and recurring issues to sales manager
♤ Provide suggestions and feedback based on customer interactions
♤ Edit and publish customer requests to the customer service sections of the relevant websites
5. Create and lead Newsletter Marketing Strategy
♤ Identify opportunities to create 1 monthly series newsletter and 2 weekly single campaigns
♤ Establish targets and goals for each campaign
♤ Create the campaigns with our lead designer
♤ Measure and improve
6. Create and lead Social Media Strategy
♤ Identify opportunities to create 5 weekly posts
♤ Establish targets and goals for each post
♤ Create the posts with our lead designer and other team members where necessary
♤ Measure and improve
7. Identify under-utilised marekting opportunities and develop programs to exploit these
♤ Think outside the box and identify 1 opportunity per month
♤ Establish targets and goals for each opportunity
♤ Measure and improve 8. Assist with hiring relevant marketing freelancers
♤ Assist in writing targeted scorecards for specific required positions, expected 1 hire every 2 months
♤ Establish mission, measurable outcomes and core competencies
♤ Establish hiring criteria and methodology
♤ Assist in learning and development programs

This position is a freelance position and you can work from the comfort of your own home wherever you are in the world. You will be paid by the hour after you log in your hours. You will need to register and log in your work through a software we use so that both parties have the assurance that we both deliver our part of the deal. You will also need to download, install and register for other software enabling you to connect with the rest of the team and manage your work.
